I pride myself on making only the highest of quality products for your satisfaction. The following terms and conditions outline the agreement entered into by yourself and me. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between yourself and me and supersedes all prior representations, agreements, statements and understandings, whether verbal or in writing, relating to this website or the Service.

SHIPPING

On receipt of your payment I will ship your items within 5 working days. I will notify you if, for some reason a product or bead is unavailable at that time. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post regular mail in Canada and small package air mail to the United States. We will not be held responsible for any delay or damage incurred after dispatch.

The automated purchase system will calculate the appropriate shipping charge for delivery in Canada or the US. Orders to other international destinations should be placed by email, and a detailed quote will be sent.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT - CURRENCY CONVERSION

All prices for products and services listed on this website are quoted in Canadian or US dollars. Base prices are in Canadian, therefore the US quoted prices may change periodically.

MONEY ORDER PAYMENT

Once you place your order a total will be given including shipping charges. Please send out a money order for that amount to me. Once I have received your payment, I will ship out your order within 5 working days.

WARRANTIES

All of my products come with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return it to me with a brief note of explanation. I will replace or exchange the item or issue a refund. The goods must be in original condition and returned to me at your cost within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note, shipment costs are non refundable.

WARNINGS

Please do not leave your child unattended with a necklace. The necklace and its components post as risk for choking or strangulation. Mom should only wear necklace while feeding her child. Warnings of this are placed both outside and inside the package.

Please do not put your necklace in water. It is made out of hemp which is not meant to get wet.

Wash your t-shirts inside out for best color lasting results. The shirts are made of 100% coton and may shrink a bit if put in a hot dryer.

Please note that I collect and retain information about visitors to the site. If you purchase products from the site I will collect and retain personal information including your name, telephone number and address. I will not disclose this information to any individual or company other than myself who requires the information to process your order.
